Challenge
Hospitality and cultural venues are structurally burdened by legacy POS and CMS platforms that enforce rigid, high-cost software licensing and overprovisioned infrastructure. During early-stage operations (or for specific tasks, as in this case), these fixed costs severely strain cash flow and delay profitability. The business objective for Le Tiende was to deploy a hyper-dynamic operational management engine. The architectural bottleneck was achieving an absolute minimum Time-to-Market while permanently flattening infrastructure costs to $0 USD during baseline traffic, mitigating the financial risks of traditional software deployments.
Approach
I architected Comandante, a decoupled event-driven web application designed for cloud-native agility. By shifting away from standard monolithic backends, I leveraged a Serverless Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) framework utilizing Google Firebase for real-time data persistence, edge-hosted static delivery via Angular 21, and zero-trust authentication. To compress the development lifecycle and optimize engineering CAPEX, I orchestrated an automated AI-augmented development framework. I decoupled the execution pipeline by utilizing mobile-orchestrated AI contexts (Claude Code), executing 40% of code reviews, architectural validations, and quality assurance (QA) remotely from mobile environments. This eliminated local machine dependencies and established a high-velocity delivery model.
